Can I return or exchange my items?

Since our products are custom-made for you (print-on-demand), we unfortunately cannot offer returns or exchanges if, for example, you ordered the wrong size or you don't like the product.

Of course, you will get a replacement or your money back if:

  • your item arrives damaged
  • there is a production defect
  • you received the wrong item

📩 In this case, please contact us within 7 days with a photo and order number – we will find a solution quickly and easily.

💡 Tip: Please check the size chart and product description carefully before ordering – and feel free to contact us if you are unsure.

When will I receive my order?

Because we work with print-on-demand, your product will be individually produced after you place your order . The delivery time is based on:

  • approx. 2–5 working days
  • Depending on the destination, approximately 2–7 working days

As a rule, you will receive your order within 5-10 working days of receiving your order.

📦 As soon as your package has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information .

Where are your products manufactured?

Since we work with print-on-demand , each product is individually produced after you place your order.

We work with our partners Gelato and Printful , who have a global network of professional printing and production facilities. This means your product is usually manufactured in a location as close as possible to your delivery location. This has several advantages:

Faster delivery : Shorter transport routes mean your order will reach you faster.

Less environmental impact : Regional production avoids unnecessary CO₂ emissions.

High quality : Our partners use modern printing and manufacturing techniques to ensure your product is durable and high quality.

Each piece is made just for you—individually, resource-efficiently, and with great care. 💛

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are automatically calculated during checkout and depend on:

  • Delivery country
  • Product (size, weight)
  • Shipping method
